Biomedical Equipment Technician All Levels

Location: Traveling
On Demand and Direct-Hire Positions Available

Technician provides Biomedical support including preventive maintenance and repairs to all Clinical/Patient-related equipment. In this role, the Biomedical Technician will properly respond to service calls to evaluate, diagnose, perform repair and planned maintenance (PM) on progressively complex customer’s biomedical equipment and drive customer satisfaction through Service Excellence

  • With minimal supervision, evaluate progressively complex, customer biomedical equipment issues, implement appropriate repairs; as assigned, perform planned maintenance (PM), safety and environmental inspections and maintain effective customer relations.
  • The Biomedical Technician may be assigned to on-site facility projects that require traveling for 6 weeks to 6 months
  • Certified Biomedical Electronics Technician (CBET) desired (but not required). Electronics Engineering Technology /Technician may be considered.
  • Hospital experience highly desirable

Imaging Engineer II & III

Perform performance assurance (PA) inspections, scheduled maintenance, and operation verification procedures (OVP) on complex medical imaging equipment. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the equipment database to include the inventory, performance assurance (PA) schedules, nomenclature, and service history.

  • IE II installs, inspects, troubleshoots, repairs, calibrates, and verifies the performance of complex and intricate medical imaging equipment.
  • IE III serves as an advisor to medical and clinical staff in the specification, acquisition, safe use, and proper operation of specialty equipment and to other personnel on technical matters concerning specialty equipment.
  • Required to be familiar with all classes of clinical equipment and may perform maintenance on equipment outside the specialty area.
  • Associates degree in a technical/electronics field or equivalent military training required. Bachelors degree in engineering technology preferred.

Construction Project Manager

Location: Oregon

Project Manager will direct and manage healthcare projects to achieve client satisfaction in accordance with the firm’s vision statements and policies.

  • Knowledge of Joint Commission, Administrative Code, applicable NFPA Codes, and OR Codes as applied to ongoing planning, alteration, and renovation projects and the ability to successfully work with governmental agencies such as ADA, IOR,  etc.
  • Exercise sound time-management skills, control projects and work proactively to mitigate complications that may jeopardize project productivity.
  • Lead a team and manage multiple projects, including the ability to monitor, adjust and maintain scope, schedule and budget for medium to large size projects under multiple delivery methods, such as Design Assist, Design Build, Design/Bid/Build, etc.
  • BS/MS Degree – Civil engineering, Construction Management, architecture or closely related professional field from an accredited program desired.  Extensive healthcare experience required. (Registration as a PE or an Architect a plus)

Scanning Technician

Location: Napa, CA
Temporary (6 months)

Responsible for assisting with clerical functions and handling projects and additional duties as required.

  • Scanning medical charts and ensuring charts are imported into Meditech and EPIC in an accurate and timely manner
  • Assist with analyzing and addressing issues that impact Meditech and EPIC
  • Medical chart handling including: pulling, filing, copying, scanning and retrieval
  • Experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
